The larger size of the cooler gives both an increase in airflow (due to the fan), and an increase in surface area (due to the fins). In combination, this gives
unbeatable cooling performance. The cooler is multi-socket compatible, and comes not only with a Fanmate2 fan speed controller, but also Zalman’s well-
respected premium heatsink compound, ZM-STG1.
