The Papst fan is one of the more popular of the quiet low speed case fans. ebmpapst axial fans made in Germany. It features electronic protection against
reverse polarity, blocking and overloading. These fans can even provide partial impedance protection. The fan is constructed of fiberglass reinforced plastic
and is well balanced for smooth and quiet operation. With a 3-pin motherboard connector wire you can also monitor and control fan speed as this fan is
capable of operating between 8 and 12VDC.
