RMA Number Please contact us to receive an RMA number before returning an item. All returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of order and must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of issuance of an RMA number. You must have an RMA number to retain your right to return an item for any reason. To receive an RMA number write to sales@acousticpc.com All defective products are returned directlly to the manufacturers or Supplier. Contact us directly for instructions how and for RMA Assistance. Damaged, Defective or DOA Shipments Items damaged during shipment or DOA can be returned for a full refund or replacement. For USA and Non-USA customers you are responsible for return shipping expenses. In order to retain your rights under this condition you must notify us within the 72 hours after delivery. We will ship the replacement or issue a refund only after the item has been inspected by the Manufacture, Supplier or Acoustic PC . Replacement items will be sent using a method at least as fast as that used to ship the original item. If you require a faster replacement we recommend you place a new, separate order, and request a refund for the damaged item. Items that are returned under the "Damaged, Defective or DOA Shipments" policy and that are determined to be in perfect working order when we inspect them will be treated as "Opened Items" returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restock fee. Please make certain you know how to operate an item before you request a DOA return. Unopened Items Unopened items in original and resalable condition can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges and 20% Restocking fee. Opened Items Opened or used items in saleable and complete condition can be returned for a refund excluding shipping charges. A return fee of 25% of the sales price is deducted from the refund amount as well as shipping. However return is at our discretion product can not be used scratched or dented and must be in resaleable condition. Certain items do not apply for return please contact us for a RMA number and for more information. Examples of items that can not be returned Used, scrathced, and dented Heatsinks. Chemicals, fluids and thermal products such as Arctic Silver. Fans that have been mounted in a computer case with screws are not reselable therefor fall into a no return categorie and any water cooling products of any kind, However if a product with moveable parts such as a fan or a water pumpis defective even if it has been used of course it may be covered by the manufactures warrenty under their discretion as long as the product has not been mis used. This warrenty can be obtained directly through manufacture contact us for our assistance sales@acousticpc.com. Our Mistake Returns necessitated by an order processing mistake on our part will be accepted for a full refund and we will pay the full return shipping costs if you use the prepaid return-shipping label that we will provide. Opening an item's package or using an item signifies your acceptance of that item even if there was an order processing mistake on our part. Determination of Condition The final determination of what is "saleable" and "complete" condition is at our sole discretion. Returned items failing to meet these conditions may be subject to a higher return fee, they may returned to you at your expense, or they may not be returned to you at all. Please do not try to return any item that you have damaged, scratched, has lost pieces or manuals, mutilated packaging or has otherwise been turned into junk. Please check with us before you return items of uncertain condition. Special Orders Occasionally we offer special order parts in response to customer inquiries for rare or hard to obtain items. Special ordered parts are non-cancelable, non-returnable and all warranty service (if available) is through the manufacturer. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order for any reason as long as we receive your notification before the courier accepts your package. In order to ensure your cancellation receives the most prompt attention please e-mail sales@acousticpc.com. If your cancellation is received too late then your items are subject to the normal return procedures. if your order has not been picked up by the carrier but charged a 5-6% processing fee wil be deducted from your refund. Acoustic PC Warranty All products are warrentied by the manufacture unless or otherwise stated in the product description, all items enjoy a Manufacture warranty against manufacturing defects (if any). Product use in a manor not specified by the manufacturer, or product mis-use, will void this warranty protection. Manufacture will, at their discretion, either repair, refund, or replace the warranted item. Warranty does not apply to special ordered parts. Our prices are updated frequently according to market conditions and availability, and we reserve the right to change our current prices without offering any form of price protection to orders already placed. However you will be notified first in-case of any changes, But we do our best to acomidate our customers as much as possible even if it means braeking even. Shipping We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier or shipping method other then the carrier or method you specify without notice or shipping cost adjustment as long as the carrier or method we use will deliver your order in at least as much time as the carrier or method you specified.
